REFUND POLICY
At Studio Liinea, each piece is made with care and attention to detail. As our products are often made to order, limited-edition, or custom-designed, we encourage you to review all specifications before finalizing your purchase.
1. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. This ensures that every piece remains truly unique and crafted specifically for you.
2. In-Stock Items
For non-custom, in-stock items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To request a return, please contact us at info@studioliinea.com with your order details and reason for return.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging and quality control. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate once the issue is assessed.
4 .Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or faulty goods.
5 .Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
